Have you seen FromThePage's new Find A Project?

March 27, 2025 by Sara Brumfield

We've revamped this overall view of FromThePage to make it easier for you to find projects you're interested in:

Find projects by category -- be it "vital records" "railroads" or "African American History" or many more!

Find the organizations you love to contribute to in the alphabetical organizations list.

Find new collections, just posted with fresh new material to transcribe, in the New Projects sidebar.

Find other active, engaged volunteers by seeing what projects are getting folks attention and comments in the Recent Activity sidebar.

And, finally, search across the entire set of FromThePage collections using the across site search -- who knows, maybe one of your ancestors is mentioned in a project you're not even aware of!

Watch the Find A Project demo or explore it yourself.
