Understanding the Danger Zone

The Danger Zone, located under the Settings tab of a collection, contains actions with irreversible effects. This section is visible only to the main account and is not accessible to staff accounts.

From here, the project owner can:

  • Change Collection Status: Making a collection inactive prevents users from editing it without changing privacy settings.
  • Clear Transcripts: Resets the collection to a blank slate.
  • Destroy Everything: Permanently deletes the collection and all its contents.

All actions except changing the collection status cannot be undone. Use caution when making changes in this section.
